Documentation Photography

Do you have some extremely valuable possessions that you would like to have photographed as documentation for your insurance policy, or appraisal?  Coin/stamp collection?  Antiques?  Jewelry?

Any items of considerable value should be photographed in the event they would be stolen, damaged, or destroyed.  Or maybe you want to sell the item(s); now you have a photo for the newspaper or online services.  Even if that item is a car or a house, In A Flash can take the most flattering picture of it for you.

The keyword here is documentation.  Try to describe a family heirloom ring or necklace to the police if it was stolen.  Pretty hard, right?  The most descriptive of words cannot convey an image like a photo could.  We use high-resolution cameras to capture every little detail of your items from several angles.

This same "documentation" applies to other situations, like MAJOR traffic accidents, too.  Hopefully, you will never need this service, but if you do, In A Flash  is ready.  You may want to have photos of your vehicle after a major traffic accident to show damage (or perhaps your person to document injury).  The pictures may become a key piece of evidence or even the deciding factor should there be the need for litigation later.  Your insurance company will take photos when you make your claim, but generally speaking, they use inadequate low-resolution "point-and-shoot" cameras.  That's fine for most minor to moderate accidents.  But for those major accidents where death or extreme injury may be involved, you want the best possible photos.

Whatever type of documentation photography we do for you we will provide you with prints or a CD, PLUS we maintain a copy of the CD in our files in case your photos or CD would become lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise unusable.

Here are some examples of our documentation photography.
