Engagement Session: One hour session to take informal pictures of the engaged couple in a setting or background of their choice. These
pictures may be used for newspaper announcements of the upcoming wedding, invitations, wedding programs, etc. You will receive up to
25 proofs (4x6) in a photograph box unless you purchase or obtain a proof album. Upon selection of your favorite image, you will then
receive one 8x10 and two 5x7 prints of that pose. You keep the proofs! PRICE: $ 100.00
Rehearsal Dinner: Some clients wish to have pictures taken at the rehearsal dinner and/or at the wedding location. ***DATES MAY NOT
BE AVAILABLE The rehearsal session includes up to 25 proofs and will be included in the same photo box or proof album as the
Engagement Session. Up to two hours of photographer time is included. PRICE: $ 175.00
Wedding Day Coverage: Photographer's time is hourly or any fraction of an hour. Most packages factor in this coverage with a discount.
The coverage will be where the client would like. Normally, this includes the preparation of the wedding party, the actual ceremony, post-
ceremony standard pictures, and the reception with its set of "obligatory" shots. Some discount packages offer one or more "other locations"
selected by the couple to have scenic, picturesque portrait type photos taken. PRICE: $ 100.00 per hour or fraction thereof.
Wedding Proofs: You will receive proofs of all the pictures taken by the photographer at the wedding, reception, and other location(s). They
will be 4" x 6" in size and presented in a photo box. PRICE: $ 3.75 per proof plus an additional $22.00 for the photo box.
Proof Albums: If you would rather have a Proof album which you may choose in lieu of a photo box, the proof albums contain from 24-200 proofs depending on the design chosen and the optional accessories such as additional pages to increase capacity, personalized imprinting, etc. PRICE RANGE: $ 98.00 to $215.00 (Album Only)
Wedding Albums: We can provide a wide variety of Wedding Albums for our clients. From engraveable metal covers, moiré or silk
fabric covers, to Italian leather. From comb binding, 3 ring expandable, to fully integrated base pages with reinforced gold or silver tips.
Several models have different colors available. Nearly all can be customized with imprinting. Most can be expanded with additional pages
for more photos. Browse through the Wedding Album list complete with full color photos of each product. Please note that we are a
photography service. We do not endorse, make, or warranty ANY of the products in the catalog. We provide this as an added service
to our clients. You may certainly acquire your own album from anywhere you like. You will be responsible from the assembly, imprinting, and
final presentation of the album. PRICE RANGE: $ 74.00 to $ 650.00 (Album Only)
Parent Albums: We offer several models of Parent Albums also. One model is a smaller replica of its larger Wedding Album prototype.
They usually hold fewer photos than the wedding albums, but most can be expanded with additional/optional pages, and can be imprinted for
a nominal fee. The same caveat regarding the albums in our catalog applies to the Parent Albums in the same manner as it applies to
Wedding Albums or Proof Albums. You are certainly entitled to acquire your own. PRICE RANGE: $ 155.00 to $ 525.00 (Album Only)
CD-ROMs: Some packages offer the CD-ROM containing everything we have done for you----your engagement session proofs, your
rehearsal dinner proofs, your wedding proofs, etc. After you, your family, friends, and anyone else who wishes to order prints has done so,
we will make available the CD (after the lab is finished printing). Please remember that all of our images are copyrighted and may not be
reproduced without our permission. We ask that you please respect our copyright. The CD will function in either a computer or DVD player
capable of playing CDs with JPEG formatting. If the CD is not part of your package, it may be ordered. PRICE: $150.00 (An optional
CD holder/case which holds one 4x8 photo plus the CD is available for $125.00).
Digital Correction: This is a fancy term that basically means that if a picture is too dark, too light, or whatever, we will computer enhance it
to look right. This also includes conversion to Black & White, name and/or date stamping on the photos, etc. Any time that must be spent
on the computer "touching up" the photos. Packages generally include one hour of "DC". If not, or more than one hour is needed,
PRICE: $50.00 per hour.
Prints / Lab Services: Again, some packages include a certain number of photos. Beyond that number, or for family and friends to order
from the sheet, the prices are as follows:
Wallets------------------- $ 3.50 for 2 (must be same image)
4x6 -------------------------$ 6.50 each
5x7 -------------------------$ 12.00 each
8x10 -----------------------$ 16.50 each
11x14 ---------------------$ 37.50 each
Any other size, we will check with our lab and get you a price quote as quickly as possible.
Payment Terms: 1) We require a 50% non-refundable retained to hold your wedding date at the time of the booking. The remaining 50%
is due no later than one week before the wedding. 2) The proofs and your selection of proof box or proof album will be included in the 50%
retainer. 3) To keep our prices competitive, we do not accept any credit cards or bank/debit cards. Cash, checks, or Money Orders only are
accepted. Please note that there is a $35.00 returned check fee. 4) After you have decided on your album, parent albums, prints for your
album and for your friends/family, and the order form is completed, the order will be sent to the lab for processing. Once the order is
placed at the lab and/or with the distributor it CANNOT be changed. 60% of the quoted price must accompany the lab and/or distributor
order form. The remaining 40% is due upon receipt of the prints and albums.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your wedding event will go exactly as planned without any glitches, but we will do everything within our
power to ensure that those glitches won't involve your photographer or pictures.
